Along with safety, comfort is also important to ensure productivity Finished walls and ceiling, communications panel, electrical outlets and a super-efficient HVAC unit are standard in every unit.

Blast-Resistant Building FYI: Are blast-resistant buildings regulated?

No, there are no official global standards that cover blast-resistant modular buildings. The American Petroleum Institute (API) has provided recommended best practices that include design, construction, installation and maintenance:

  • API 752 - blast-resistant guidelines for structures intended for permanent use in fixed locations

  • API 753 - blast-resistant guidelines for temporary and portable structures
